Shipping policy

SHIPPING DELAYS DUE to COVID19
We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, but we’re working hard to get your orders to you. Please expect 1 - 5 business days for processing. Shipments are not picked up by carriers on Saturdays, Sundays, & National Holidays. Expect transit updates Monday-Friday.

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email with your order number. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional confirmation email with a tracking number. In rare cases, your order could be split into separate boxes. However, you will still receive one order number and one tracking number for your complete order.

Your order might need a signature upon delivery. If there is no one around to receive the package, the courier will leave a delivery attempted card on your door. You can then organize for your order to be re-delivered whenever it suits you! If you choose to have the courier deliver the package without a signature, grfield is no longer liable for your order. Certain exceptions applied*

*Exceptions:

1. Your package is sent back to shipper for failure of delivery because of:

Unable to pick-up/sign the package. You are subject to shipping charges for reshipment.
2. Your package arrives in damaged condition.

We will do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in damaged, please accept the delivery and contact support@grfield.shop Customer Care. We can then get everything sorted for you. If you refuse your order without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

3. In the very rare case that your package loses tracking on the way to its destination for more than 5 days, please contact support@grfield.com.

Please note that an order may be delivered to a neighbor in the case that the delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighboring address is up to the judgment of the driver. Signature required orders which cannot be delivered will be returned to the warehouse. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.

Taking the safety of our members in mind when incidents such as suspected package theft have happened, we kindly ask our members to file a police report with their local precinct so that their refund or exchange claim can be properly investigated. We regret that we are unable to initiate a refund or exchange before this is complete. Once you submit a police report, a member of our Loss Prevention Team will reach out to them within 48-72 business hours.

The shipping estimator provided at check out is the shipping time only and does not include the order processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.  How long does delivery normally take?

As for processing time, we may need 3-5 business days to prepare your order after placing your order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time.

4 How can I track my order?

Please check your order -email or SMS for "Track Your Order" for more details. It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.

Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.

5 Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?

If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out.

The parcel is sent from our warehouse first. Then parcels will arrive in the shipping company's processing center by plane. Then each shipping company will pick up parcels from airport. Once they have scanned those parcels, the website will update the tracking number. It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.

6 Is there any additional fee beyond purchase?

Normally, our customers would not be charged any tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. There is almost no such situation. If it happens, please contact us and we will compensate.

7 Why does it shows my package has been delivered but it hasn’t?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID. Tracking number can be found in your order e-mial by click “View Your Orders”

9 How can I deal with my package if I do not want it because of the customs taxes?

Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.If this happens, please contact us and we will compensate you.

10 Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

(1) Items are in different warehouses.

(2) Different items need additional preparation

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the time for the order to be delivered to you will be different from the estimated time by  5-15 days.
